15.7 - credit notes, write offs and tips

To create credit notes, debt write offs and tips, go to the payment dialog on the customer, select an amount and press ‘credit’ which opens up the options to provide a credit note or write off the debt.

Similarly, you can create a tip from here or if you go to a particular payment or the customer view itself, you can record a refund to the customer.
