The Story of Squeegee

Squeegee was officially launched in 2017 by the team at Nexdynamic—but the idea had been years in the making. Two of the founders came from a window cleaning background and knew firsthand the challenges that came with running the day-to-day. Chasing payments, planning routes, managing jobs—it all took up valuable time. Their mission was simple: create an app that would make life easier for people in the window cleaning industry.

By combining their experience in both window cleaning and software development, they built what they knew could be a game-changing, user-friendly tool designed to save time and simplify business operations.

Today, Squeegee has grown far beyond its original vision. The UK office, based in the city of Herefordshire, is home to a creative, dedicated team passionate about building the best technology for service businesses. Across the Atlantic, the US team—just off the clear waters of Tampa, Florida—works with the same goal in mind: helping businesses thrive.

And while Squeegee started out for window cleaners, it’s now become an essential platform for a wide range of industries. From residential cleaning, lawn care and bin cleaning to carpet cleaning, mobile car detailing, pool maintenance, pest control and facilities management—thousands of service professionals are using Squeegee to grow and manage their businesses.
