Module 10.1 adding a location and frequency to a round
By the end of this module, you'll be able to add a location and frequency to a round in order to schedule by rounds.
MODULE 10 - SCHEDULING BY ROUNDS, PLANNING AND REPLANNING
10.1: adding a location and frequency to a round
If you have grouped jobs by round, you can add a location and frequency to the group of jobs.
To do this,
- go to the round, then
- press on the three dots menu to the top right
- press on the set location for the round and
- choose an address that you would like as the central point to the round.
Next, set the frequency for all jobs in the round
- NOTE - only do this if all jobs in that round are to be done on the same frequency - every 4 weeks etc. If you have jobs that are 4 weekly and 8 weekly for example for the same round location, create two rounds e.g. Credenhill 4 weekly and Credenhill 8 weekly.
From the same three dots menu to the top right of the round, press onto ‘set frequency for round’ This opens the frequency picker to set the frequency for all jobs in that round.
Once you have done this, you can also reset all jobs in that round to the schedule to remove older overdue appointments from showing.
