Squeegee has single handedly brought my business into the 21st century. Before Squeegee I used to leave paper invoices and spend hours through the week checking payments online and marking them off on my spreadsheet. Now with just one swipe on my phone I can mark a job as done and either set up a Direct Debit or send an invoice by text or email. Not only has the automation that squeegee offers reduced my admin by around 90% but it's also greatly improved my cashflow. Amazing

Squeegee has been a fantastic addition to our business. The system allows us to send an automatic invoice to customers as soon as the job is marked as complete. Not only this, with the integration of GoCardless and Stripe, it also allows automatic payments to be collected directly from the customer at the time of invoicing. This has significantly reduced the time needed to collect and chase payments and substantially reduced late payments within the business.

I started Somerset Window Cleaning just over 3 years ago without a single customer. We used Squeeg.ee from the start and now have over 2500 regular customers. This could only have been achieved by using Squeegee, which has enabled me organise customers and appointments, send invoices, track payments and to provide complex reports. These actions are very time consuming without Squeegee and I can therefore concentrate on growing my business. Squeegee can be used by a single operator, as well as much larger businesses.

The software is intuitive and well built and most importantly the team listens and are always on hand to offer support along the way. We've recently franchised our business with multiple micro-businesses working under our Standout Window Cleaning Brand. We use the Squeegee franchising feature to keep everything segregated and organized. Each micro-business has their own Squeegee instance and will only see their own work. It's very similar to adding another Squeegee user with regards to access controls and work specific views but with far greater controls to allow for better personalisation for the specific micro-business. Compared to existing software from other companies, what the Squeegee team has created here is not something to be missed!

We have been using the squeegee quoting system for a couple of months now and its transformed how we create, track and then convert quotes. Having a list of all quotes and their status from sent, pending, accepted, declined and then converted is fantastic. We can track our conversion rate and also pick up if customers have not opened their quote email. Squeegee are always developing their system with new features allowing us to give even better user experience to our customers.

For us, the Squeegee app has helped our business to become automated. Previous software we used relied on us sending endless text messages and emails manually to each individual customer every single day, along with hand posting our invoices following each completed service. With the Squeegee app all of our notifications are sent at once at the touch of a button, and Invoices are sent automatically via the customers preferred method. On top of that, the majority of our customers payments are paid and ticked off automatically. Now I have Squeegee I’ve never looked back, this app has saved so much time when billing a customer, booking in work takes 30 seconds, adding a new customers and service takes no time at all and it’s great when pinning the address on the map so I will never do the wrong garden again!! Being able to see each customers rolling bill is great and helpful for reminding customers to pay. Invoicing customers is a few taps and it’s sent so easy. Invoices look really professional and love how you can add your own logo to it.
