These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Squeegee online merchandise store (“Store”). By placing an order through the Store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

    Related Policies

The following policies form part of these Terms and should be read alongside them:

    • Returns & Refunds Policy
    • Shipping & Delivery Policy
    • Privacy Policy
    • Cookie Policy

These documents are available through the Store.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a specific policy, these Terms will apply unless the policy gives you greater rights or applicable law requires otherwise.

    Who May Place an Order

To place an order through the Store, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years old.
    • Be legally capable of entering into a contract.
    • Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information.
    • Have authority to use the payment method selected.

We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, unlawful activity or unauthorised use of a payment method.

Products We sell Squeegee-branded merchandise and related products through the Store.

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, photographs, sizes, colours and other information are accurate.

    However:

    • Colours may appear slightly different depending on the screen or device used.
    • Product packaging may vary.
    • Measurements and sizes may be approximate.
    • Minor changes may be made where they do not materially affect the product.

All products are subject to availability.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or not fit for their intended purpose.

    Prices and VAT

All prices are shown in pounds sterling.

Prices include VAT where applicable unless clearly stated otherwise.

Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout before an order is submitted.

We may change our prices at any time. Any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may contact you before accepting the order and offer you the choice to:

    • Continue with the order at the correct price; or
    • Cancel the order.

    Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

You will receive an automated acknowledgement confirming that we have received your order. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

Before submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review and correct the information provided.

A contract is formed when we:

    • Confirm that your order has been accepted;
    • Confirm that the order has been dispatched; or
    • Otherwise confirm that we will fulfil the order.

The contract will relate only to the products included within that confirmation.

    Refusing or Cancelling an Order

We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where:

    • A product is unavailable.
    • Payment cannot be authorised.
    • Billing or delivery information is incomplete or incorrect.
    • There is an error in the product description or price.
    • We cannot deliver to the address provided.
    • We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unlawful activity.
    • Fulfilling the order would breach a legal or regulatory requirement.

Where payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, we will arrange a refund using the original payment method.

    Payment

Payment must be authorised before an order is dispatched.

Payments are processed through the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include Shopify Payments and other approved payment providers.

We do not normally receive or retain your full payment-card details.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

    • The payment information supplied is accurate.
    • You are authorised to use the payment method selected.
    • Sufficient funds are available to complete the purchase.

    Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may:

    • Contact you to offer a suitable alternative.
    • Agree a revised delivery timeframe with you.
    • Cancel the affected product and issue a refund.

We will not substitute a product without your agreement.

    Delivery

Current delivery areas, methods, charges and estimated timescales are displayed during checkout and explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Unless another timeframe has been agreed with you, we will deliver the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order has been accepted.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed that delivery by a particular date is essential.

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Where delivery cannot be completed because the information supplied was incorrect or incomplete, we may charge reasonable additional costs for redelivery.

    Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

    These may include:

    • Postal or courier disruption.
    • Severe weather.
    • Natural disasters.
    • Industrial action.
    • Transport disruption.
    • Supplier or fulfilment delays.
    • Cyber incidents.
    • Government restrictions. Where a significant delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the impact.

This section does not remove any legal right you may have to cancel where delivery is substantially delayed.

    Risk and Ownership

Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered to:

    • You;
    • A person identified by you to receive them; or
    • A safe place or collection point nominated by you, where applicable.

Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received payment in full.

    Your Right to Cancel

Where you purchase as a consumer, you normally have the right to cancel an online order without giving a reason.

The cancellation period normally ends 14 days after:

    • You receive the goods; or
    • The final item is received, where products from one order are delivered separately.

You must clearly tell us that you wish to cancel before the cancellation period expires.

After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Full instructions, return conditions and refund arrangements are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

The statutory cancellation rules and model cancellation form requirements apply to most distance sales of physical goods.

    Exceptions to Cancellation Rights

    • The right to cancel may not apply to certain products, including:
    • Personalised or custom-made products.
    • Products made to your specification.
    • Perishable goods.
    • Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
    • Other goods excluded from cancellation rights by law.

This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet legal standards.

    Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Where you cancel because you have changed your mind, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, as explained in that policy.

Where a full order is validly cancelled, we will refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method where required by law.

    Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Products supplied through the Store must be:

    • Of satisfactory quality.
    • Fit for their usual purpose and any particular purpose made known to us.
    • As described.
    • Matched to any sample or model where applicable.

These standards arise under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us promptly if an item is:

    • Faulty.
    • Damaged.
    • Incorrect.
    • Not as described.
    • Otherwise not compliant with your statutory rights.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may provide:

    • A refund.
    • A replacement.
    • A repair.
    • A price reduction.
    • Another appropriate remedy.

We will cover reasonable return costs where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

    Promotions and Discount Codes

    Promotions and discount codes:

    • Are subject to any specific conditions published with the offer.
    • Cannot normally be exchanged for cash.
    • Must be used before any stated expiry date.
    • May be restricted to particular products, orders or customers.
    • May not be combined unless expressly stated.

We may correct or withdraw a promotion published in error, provided this does not unlawfully affect an order that has already been accepted.

    Intellectual Property

All Squeegee names, logos, product designs, images, graphics, website content and other branded material are owned by or licensed to Squeegee App Limited.

Purchasing merchandise does not give you permission to:

    • Copy or reproduce our branding.
    • Manufacture copies of our merchandise.
    • Sell counterfeit Squeegee products.
    • Use our intellectual property commercially without written permission.

    • Process payments.

    • Meet legal obligations.

Service providers may include Shopify, payment providers, fulfilment partners and delivery companies.

    Our Responsibility to You

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of:

    • Our breach of these Terms; or
    • Our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

    We are not responsible for:

    • Loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable.
    • Business losses incurred by a person purchasing wholly or mainly as a consumer.
    • Loss caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you.
    • Delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to your statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

    • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
    • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
    • Breach of statutory consumer rights.
    • Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Consumer terms must be fair, transparent and must not remove rights that customers have under law.

    Business Customers

Where products are purchased wholly or mainly for business purposes, you confirm that you have authority to make the purchase on behalf of that business.

Some consumer rights, including statutory cancellation rights, may not apply to business purchases.

Resale or commercial distribution of Squeegee-branded merchandise requires our prior written approval unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Communications We may contact you using the email address, telephone number or other contact details supplied with your order.

You are responsible for keeping those details accurate and monitoring communications relating to your order.

    Complaints

If you are unhappy with a product, an order or our service, please contact us. Email: support@squeeg.ee

    Please provide:

    • Your name.
    • Your order number.
    • A clear description of the issue.
    • Any supporting photographs or information.

We will aim to acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

    Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The Terms that apply to your order will normally be those published when the order was placed.

Any updated Terms will apply only to future orders unless a change is required by law.

    Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

    No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.

    Third-Party Rights

These Terms are between you and Squeegee App Limited.

No other person has the right to enforce them, except where the law provides otherwise.

    Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory legal protections that apply in your place of residence.

You may bring proceedings in the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
