Squeegee handles Scheduling on any frequency making it both easy to set up, and easy to move around when things change.
Jobs can be scheduled either individually, or as a group of jobs that occur on the same frequency in similar locations. They can be converted automatically following the advanced quoting flow, or manually if tweaks are needed following customer communication.
Assigning work to different workers or teams is done with two clicks. They can be set up once if they are always assigned to that worker or team in the future and changes can be made quickly to reassign or move jobs within a schedule, or shift the whole schedule.

Once you're jobs are booked in, choose from different planner views to suit your business needs. Easily switch between a view showing all jobs or filter to a particular worker or team.
Set individual permissions for each worker so they just see what you need them to then let the intelligent actions perform all the admin tasks from the jobs being marked as done in one easy swipe.
Assign and reassign work in just two clicks
Use the quick actions to multi-select jobs from the planner in either the all work or user view, then quickly either assign or reassign to different team members.
Choose whether to update the assignee for all jobs in those schedules or just those appointments this time round.
See the work load of each worker and team at a glance as well as their progress through the day to make decisions in real-time, using real-time data.

Use the optimise drive function to plan out the best order for your workers to go through their jobs today.
The revolutionary Day Pilot feature allows workers to see their routes on a map and navigate to the next job using their preferred mapping service on their device.
The overview shows admins the last known location of workers to map their progress in real time around their routes for the day.
