What does Squeegee do?

Squeegee is a work planning, invoicing, payments and reporting platform that takes care of the majority of the admin involved in running a service business. Squeegee will keep track of appointments, allow you to quickly and easily re-plan them and add in new appointments where needed. You can send appointment reminders, payment reminders, invoices and other messages through the App as well as track your customer's balance and owed amounts. Payments can be recorded as cash, cheque, bank transfer, external card payment etc or you can take them automatically using the built in integrations with Stripe and GoCardless.

Which device is best?

Squeegee is designed to offer the best performance and security. Why is Squeegee priced per user?

Squeegee is designed to serve businesses of different sizes and needs. A key aspect of this design is the recognition that the number of users generally correlates with the volume of work. More users means a greater workload, which in turn leads to increased data processing. This is reflected in the per-user charge for each plan, emphasising that the cost accounts not only for access to a range of tools but also for managing the higher load on the support team and the system in terms of data processing and feature utilisation. Additionally unlike almost all other SaaS products, every user on the account is entitled to the same level of support.

Apart from my subscription are there any other costs?

The only extra costs will be for purchasing tokens to send messages. The current price is £0.036+VAT per credit in the UK. Outbound SMS Outbound SMS messages are 1 credit per segment where a message segment is 160 characters for the first one then 153 characters each up to a maximum of 8 segments per message. Squeegee Two Way SMS With Private Number Initial reservation of a private number costs £10. Inbound messages to your private SMS number are charged at 1 credit per message. Calls forwarded to you from your private SMS number are charged at 1 credit per minute (call forwarding is optional).

How do I subscribe? You can set up a subscription by logging into the Android or Apple mobile app or web version of the app here https://sqgee.com/ and selecting your plan type, number of users needed, renewal frequency and add your card details before selecting the subscribe button from the Account screen.

Can I export or backup my data?

Yes you can take a back up of your data by going to settings > data >manage backups > run download.

How do I delete my account/data?

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data you can either do this from the profile page in the app or using the contact us at support@squeeg.ee providing your account email address so that we can send a confirmation email for security purposes.
