See inbound messages as alerts as they come in

As soon as an inbound message is received by Squeegee, an alert will pop up under the SMS tab and now the email tab in the alerts view where 2 way messaging is enabled.

Push notifications for different kinds of alerts can be set up to ensure you never miss a message again, and these can even come through on your smart watch if you allow this in your settings.

From here, you can click through to the customer message tab to view all messages on their profile and send a quick reply.

Ask all customers to communicate to your Squeegee number and connected email account, then all replies show on any connected device.

Now there's the option to have 2 way email as well as sms!

Send quick replies directly from the message view on the customer profile — so you can keep customers happy with prompt, professional communication.

Easily scroll through the full message history and check delivery and open status at a glance. Handy timestamps show exactly when messages were sent and delivered to your customer’s handset. For emails, you’ll even see when they’ve been opened and clicked.

Private Number

With the purchase a private number, calls can also be redirected to any number at any time meaning it's easy to switch who will receive calls to your business number depending on who is working.

Scheduled Messages

Scheduled messaging allows Squeegee users to schedule appointment reminders, invoice messages, payment requests...in fact any message from within the app.

The simple scheduling offers different set time windows of:

  • Early morning (7am)
  • Morning (9am)
  • Afternoon (1pm)
  • Evening (6pm)
  • Late evening (8pm) ...or choose any time window on the selector.

Squeegee has been a fantastic addition to our business. The system allows us to send an automatic invoice to customers as soon as the job is marked as complete. Not only this, with the integration of GoCardless and Stripe, it also allows automatic payments to be collected directly from the customer at the time of invoicing.
