Effective communication is key to building strong customer relationships and with Squeegee's Customer Messaging feature you can easily stay in touch with your clients.

How messaging works

Squeegee helps you manage customer communication seamlessly through SMS and email notifications. These tools are perfect for:

  • Sending appointment reminders to reduce wasted trips.
  • Requesting payments with a link for customers to pay.
  • Providing real-time updates on job statuses.
  • Sending information on seasonal offers or new services.
  • Following up with customers for feedback or reviews.

Squeegee credits and pricing

150 free credits per month per user are included with Advanced, Ultimate and Infinite plans. Squeegee credits are used to send SMS messages through the platform with a flexible and cost-efficient pricing structure. Pricing in the UK: Each SMS credit costs £0.036 + VAT per credit.

Message segments: The first message segment is 160 characters. Each additional segment is 153 characters. You can send up to a maximum of 8 segments per message. Eg. If your message exceeds 160 characters it will be split into multiple segments, each costing 1 credit.

Two-way SMS with private number:

Squeegee also offers Two-way SMS with a private number allowing you to engage in interactive communication with your customers. Initial reservation: £10 for reserving a private number. Inbound messages: Charged at 1 credit per message received. Call forwarding: Optional call forwarding is available, with charges of 1 credit per minute for forwarded calls.
