Take your job management to the next level with Custom Fields, a powerful new feature that allows you to customise your workflow to give you complete control over how jobs are managed and completed in Squeegee.
Now you can create and assign job-specific forms to guide your team through every step of a job visit. Whether for inspections, product usage tracking or ensuring compliance with job-specific requirements, custom forms help maintain high service standards.
You can:
- Design your own forms or use ready-made templates.
- Include text fields, checkboxes, numerical inputs, photos and signatures.
- Automatically save forms in Squeegee for real-time and historical records.
- Streamline operations without the need for multiple systems.
- Boost efficiency, reduce errors and improve customer satisfaction
Available on the Ultimate plan. To enable this feature in the app, go to Settings > New & Beta Features and switch the toggle on
