“We are a long-established family-run business, founded back in 1985,” says Managing Director Nikki. “It’s grown steadily over the years, and today we’ve got a solid team behind us.”

Operating across the North West, P & P Cleaning Services Ltd has become known for delivering reliable, high-quality external cleaning—no matter the job.

From window cleaning and gutter clearing to UPVC cleaning, jet washing, and even road sign cleaning for local authorities, the team has built a reputation for taking on a wide range of work and delivering it to a high standard.

“We can clean anything externally,” Nikki explains. “We’ve always focused on reliability and doing a good job, and that’s what’s kept us going for so long.”

Today, the business runs with six employees and two vehicles on the road, balancing both domestic and commercial work.

A Reputation that drives Growth

“For us, it’s all about consistency and trust,” says Nikki. “We turn up when we say we will, we do the job properly and we look after our customers.”

That approach has paid off, with word of mouth continuing to be their biggest source of new business.

“Happy customers telling other people has always been our biggest driver with Google Ads a close second—word of mouth is still huge for us.”

They have worked hard on improving online presence with an amazing website. (We are lucky our Managing Director has another company designing websites!)

“Having better systems and communication in place has helped massively with retention and overall customer experience, which naturally brings in more work.”

The Right System

As the business grew, so did the pressure on their processes.

Manual admin, time-consuming invoicing, and the challenge of keeping everything organised started to become a bottleneck.

“We were at a point where we needed something more streamlined,” Nikki explains. “Less manual work, better organisation and something that could grow with us.”

“It’s helped us work far more efficiently day to day. We’re making better use of our time and getting more done without the stress.”

“We’re always looking to grow, both in the areas we cover and the services we offer,” Nikki explains.

“Having the right systems in place now means we can scale properly without things becoming chaotic, which is a big step forward for us.”

“The focus is on more efficiency, more customers and continuing to deliver the level of service we’re known for.”
