Not Just for Window Cleaners: How Richard Uses Squeegee to Run a busy delivery business.
Richard runs both Pooper Scoopers and Ki9ble Direct under the umbrella company Highland K9 Services Ltd, serving customers across Inverness, the Highlands and Moray.
Based in Inverness, Pooper Scoopers has been operating for 7 years, providing professional pet waste management services for both domestic and commercial customers.
As a SEPA-registered and fully insured business, Pooper Scoopers offers a wide range of services, including one-off garden clearances, regular weekly and fortnightly poo-picking visits, commercial dog bin servicing for dog parks, caravan sites and private woodlands, as well as domestic pet waste bin services.
Alongside Pooper Scoopers, Richard also operates Ki9ble Direct, a dog food delivery business that has been serving customers throughout the Highlands and Moray since 2019.
Ki9ble Direct offers its own branded range of dog food, with 11 products available including puppy food, working dog food and six grain-free recipes. Orders are delivered directly to customers' doors, providing a convenient and reliable service for local dog owners.
Finding a better way to manage customers
With hundreds of customers, multiple services, and a busy delivery schedule to manage, Richard needed software that could simplify the day-to-day running of both businesses.
