From local window cleaning to a thriving multi-service brand

HydroSmart was founded in 2014 by Julian Mellor with a simple mission: deliver top-quality window cleaning with outstanding customer service. Over time, the business expanded its services to include jetwashing, roofing maintenance, and repair work — all while keeping customer satisfaction at the heart of everything they do.

As a small, family-run business based in South London, HydroSmart has built a reputation for quality, affordability and reliability. Thanks to word-of-mouth referrals and a strong local presence, they’ve grown rapidly.

Today, HydroSmart serves over 3,000 local customers and employs a dedicated team of six window cleaners, two roofers and a personal assistant — with plans to continue expanding across the South East and into Surrey.
