Module 18 Viewing and downloading reports

By the end of this module, you'll know where to find the different types of report for analysing your business and accounting purposes.


18.1: Overview of reporting section

In the reporting section, you’ll find a number of useful reports for accounts and business management.

The reports are split into categories:

  • Automation,
  • Customer,
  • export,
  • financial and
  • job

The most commonly used reports are for providing end of year figures to your accountant so I’ll show you the profit and loss report as an example.

The quickbooks and Xero reports allow customers using these packages to export data directly into the other systems, but soon Squeegee will be providing all the accountancy tools needed to submit vat returns etc so we advise new customers to store data just in Squeegee to save having to duplicate admin work in another system.
