7.1: understanding the admin and owner roles and permissions and where to find the global settings
Admins and owners have oversight over the whole account including financial information in a variety of reports, rounds, global settings for the whole account, users and teams, invoices and payments and communication with customers.
Owners have additional access to the account page to control the account subscription and business profile.
The global settings are grouped into these categories:
- General,
- Attachments,
- Jobs & Scheduling,
- Notifications & Messages,
- Invoicing & Payments,
- Payment Accounts,
- Quotes and
- Data.
