Module 3.6 Using the job list

By the end of the module, you'll be able to sort and filter jobs from the job list and perform actions in bulk to selected jobs such as moving them to a particular round to optimise planning and efficiency.


3.6: Using the Job List

The jobs list is useful for finding jobs in certain groups such as all jobs with a particular post code or jobs in the same street.

These can then all be:

  • replanned to a particular day,
  • assigned to a user or team,
  • added to a round or
  • marked as done or skipped.

This can be done by using the filters to refine a group, then the search to further refine if needed. Using for example a date range followed by a postcode to improve your team’s efficiency.
