Module two goes through the features that can be accessed by users limited to the worker role, and using the app to perform actions as a worker.


Lesson content

By the end of the unit, you will be able to know what workers can and can not access from the menu, the actions that can be performed as a worker and what these can trigger from the way the account is set up.

By the end of this unit, you'll be able to identify the status colours of done, skipped, due and overdue work on the my work chart.

By the end of this unit you'll be able to locate the done not done and skipped jobs for a particular day and view the estimated time and total number of days for that day.

By the end of this unit, you'll be able to mark jobs off as done or skipped, know how to open the job details and edit the editable fields as a worker and multi-select jobs for actioning in bulk.

Module 2.5 shows the options available on the completed job for workers. By the end of this unit, you'll be able to mark a done job as not done (if done in error) and send a job complete notice.

By the end of this module, you'll be able to return different sets of results on the my work section, and order the jobs in different ways by setting the parameters.
