Module 7.11.1 Default notification methods

By the end of this module, you'll be able to set your preferred method of notification globally for all new customers added to the system, and know that this can be changed on the individual customer settings.

7.11.1: Notifications and messaging

Default Notification Method

The first setting under notifications and messaging is for the default notification method.

If you wish any customers to have automatic notifications for invoicing and to be able to have appointment reminders sent, this needs to be set

You can make this a preferred option and it will default for all new customers added to the system.

You can choose from:

  • email,
  • sms (phone),
  • sms (alternative phone) or
  • both email and sms to either number.
