**MODULE 7 - ADMINS AND OWNERS - GLOBAL SETTINGS**

**7.15: Data**

The data section is where you can make requests for imports for customer and job details into Squeegee, as well as making your own backups for re-importing into your account.

The data in Squeegee is stored as a Json file, which is only useful for reimporting into the system, see the reporting section in **Module 18** for how to extract data for analysis.

The other options in this section allow you to archive old data on larger accounts in order to ensure the system runs quickly with no lag.
