19.1: Advanced Customer Portal Overview
On the Advanced plan, all businesses have the option to publish a public listing in order to allow existing customers to sign-in and view their financial history with the option to securely pay any outstanding balances, their appointment history with statuses and all quotes.
In addition to this, it is also a business listing that shows the services you offer, hosts an email contact form and provides your contact details including links to your website and social media pages.
Customers login using their customer reference number (unique number for each customer that they find on any invoice from you) and by setting a password.
