Trad Man uses Squeegee to manage his own exterior cleaning business and shows us just how easy it is to send appointment reminders via SMS or email at the end of a busy day.
If you already know how to do this, don't miss out on just kicking back for a few minutes and watching the really satisfying traditional clean on a windy day though!
If you haven't set up messaging in Squeegee yet and you'd like to start using it, there are some tutorial videos on default notification methods for customers, as well as setting up your message templates and understanding the tokens available in each. The tokens allow you to save a templated message that you can send out in bulk, that appears to the customer like it's completely personalised, so don't underestimate putting in the time to get these just right and you'll save literally hours of admin! There are currently message templates for:
- Appointment reminders;
- invoices;
- quotes and
- payment requests
all available as both email and SMS.
The tokens include things like first names, date of appointment, service(s), price, outstanding balance, a statement of invoices to name but a few.
