Module 12.2 Assigning work to users and teams

By the end of this module, you'll be familiar with how to find the user assignment option within actions and assign or reassign work to different workers/teams.


12.2: Assigning work to users and team

From the planners Individual or groups of jobs can be assigned to workers or teams from any of the planners, by multi-selecting, then choosing the user assignment icon from the actions to the top right.

You can then choose whether to always assign these jobs to this user/team or whether it's just these appointments.

From the rounds view This can also be done from the round's view. Once the jobs are assigned to that user/team, the work will appear in their 'my work' and 'day pilot' sections and you can see just those jobs as an admin by filtering by user on the work planner or overview.
