12.1: SEND audiences
Squeegee SEND is a marketing tool that allows users to create and send marketing campaigns via email SMS and in the near future, physical post as well.
The first step to using SEND is to create an audience. You can have any number of audiences saved for various types of communication
Use the filters to create specific audiences by using selections from the information stored on the customers and refine using and / or together with further selections.
In this example we are looking at customers that have a mobile number stored and are not signed up to GoCardless.
