**3.1: worker and planner menu items**

A worker with planner rights will additionally have access to the 
- Overview, 
- Work Planner,
- Multi planner, 
- Job List and 
- Overdue List. 

Planners can see work assigned to all users but can still have the price hidden on all jobs globally or some jobs from the job/customer settings 



By the end of this module, you'll know which menu items are available to workers and planners.

By the end of this module, you'll be able to set the job order to the optimised drive (which can also be used on the work planner by changing the view to the user view.)  

Module 3.5.3 How to use the optimise drive function on 'My Work'

By the end of the module, you'll be able to sort and filter jobs from the job list and perform actions in bulk to selected jobs such as moving them to a particular round to optimise planning and efficiency.

By the end of the module, you'll be able to assign appointments and entire job schedules to users and teams from the planner views. 

Module 3.7 Assigning work to users and teams

By the end of the module, you'll be able to use the overview to see all jobs on a particular day on a map view, their real-time statuses and open them to edit and mark as complete. 

Module 3.8  using the overview to see all jobs and filter by user/team on a map

By the end of this module, you'll be able to send appointment reminders on the planner for any future appointments where the default notification has been set, see a sample message and see who has been reminded using the indicators on the appointments. 

Module 3.9 Sending appointment reminders

By the end of the unit, you'll be able to add day notes to the planners.
