20.2: Ultimate Customer Portal Quotes
The main feature that Squeegee Users have gone for on the Ultimate Customer Portal is the quote form. This is once again completely configurable to your business requirements for quoting based on the questions you ask. You can add images to each step to make it visually appealing, especially on mobile devices.
Once a customer has completed the questions, all the information comes through as a quote in Squeegee for you to action under alerts.
Once you click on any of these, you can add a price and confirm the quote for the customer to view and accept or decline as usual either from the email or SMS sent or through the link on the portal.
