**7.14: Quotes**

Much like the global settings for invoices, there are the same fields to add to quotes: 
email, 
phone, 
Website
quote prefix and 
quote notes to appear on all quotes. 

**Quote SMS template and accepted message**
The SMS default template and accepted message template can be configured in the same way as other templates which is gone through in depth in module 17. 

**Automatic Quote conversions**
The final two options, if enabled, allow accepted quotes to be automatically converted into jobs and have the confirmation message automatically sent out once they are scheduled in as a confirmed booking.
