**17.2: All messages view and replying to 2 way sms**

In the menu on the left, there's an 'all messages view' on Advanced where the most recently sent and received messages show at the top. 

Clicking into these takes you to the messages tab on the customer, showing their full message history. 

To respond to two way sms, enter a reply on this view. If customers have sent a reply sms message to you, this will also show up as an alert and pressing on this will bring you to the same place to view and reply. 


By the end of this module, you'll know how to view the most recent outbound and inbound messages to your Squeegee account and how to send a quick reply to a customer. 

By the end of the module, you'll be able to set up all the included message templates and personalise these with tokens, ready for sending to customers.
